Tasting Notes
Intense onion skin colour with discreetly persistent mousse. Sea salt on the nose at first, then orange and orange blossom, fragrant, some apricot, chestnut honey on the finish. Clean and clear on the palate, with great salinity and finesse, comes in several layers, savoury and long, on fine orange notes on the finish, great rosé.
