Tasting from 07.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, flint ruby. Initially barrel savoury notes on the nose, then tightens up on nuances of ripe raspberry, dried rose petal and meadow herbs, inviting. On the palate it is polished, with a hearty fruit core and currently still young barrel tannin, good foresight!
