Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Clear ruby red with delicate lightening on the rim. On the nose expressive, ripe fruit, reminiscent of redcurrant and cherry, behind dried rose petals and a hint of white pepper. In the flow lively and fresh, starts juicy, then a lot of savouriness, great tension between tannin and acidity, salty, persistent finish.
