Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler
Bright, old ruby red. On the nose deep old wood, vanilla sugar, then some mint, watermelon, orange. On the palate grippy with rich, albeit somewhat loosely knit tannin, salty undertone, comes in many layers, shows subtle tannic structure, good ageing potential.
