The red wine Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Fuligni has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby red. Very savoury on the nose, with notes of fresh mint, cold smoke, oak, cranberries and cherries, then hints of cigar box and cinnamon stick. Tightly woven tannins, taut acidity and vertical fruit on the palate, iron-rich, firm and hearty right through to the finish.
