Sparkling, ripe ruby garnet; concise, dense nose, of ripe blackberries, lots of cherry, very clear, fine spicy notes in the background; dense, rich tannin on the palate, gripping, currently still a little pithy, round and soft on the finish, sweet fruit, tobacco on the finish.
