An orange-tinged rosé colour. Strongly yeasty aroma, with some rosehip, quince, liquorice and a hint of high ripeness. Full-bodied on the palate, dense, ripe acidity, distinctive due to the subtle tannin structure, medium-fine mousse, a full-bodied, robust rosé flint wine.
