The sekt Pierre Sekt brut from the winery Geheimer Rat Dr. von Bassermann-Jordan has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
A touch of varnish, along with relatively fresh pinot aromas, and a touch of apple. Dense on the palate, quite taut in acidity, firmly built with long lasting flavours, and with a voluminous mousse. It has fine fruit in the background.
