Slightly reductive bouquet. With a little air, precise citrus aromas, especially lime and lemon zest. Also notes of apricot, mirabelle plum and savoury hints. Fresh and elegant on the palate. With soft acidity and aromas of green apple and yellow stone fruit. A hint of exotic fruit and mocha. Extremely mineral on the long finish.
