Tasting from 28.05.2015: Martin Kilchmann, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Yellow tropical fruit underlaid with a fine hint of spices, candied orange zest, dark minerality. Complex, juicy, taut texture, cool, mineral style, finesse-rich acidity, discreet fruit, subtle pineapple and mango notes, fine lime touch, hint of salt, great length, good ageing potential.
