Tasting from 28.05.2015: Martin Kilchmann, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Yellow stone fruit notes underlaid with delicate blossom honey, a hint of grapefruit zest, somewhat reductively encapsulated. Taut, fine gooseberry note, white apple, racy acidity, clear as a mountain stream, pink grapefruit and a little mint on the finish, saline style, makes you want more.
