Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Medium green yellow with silver reflections. Fine nuances of grapefruit, yellow tropical fruit and some honey blossom, fresh meadow herbs and a mineral touch. Juicy and elegant with white apple fruit, taut acidity structure, chalky and salty minerality, remains well lasting, a finesse-rich food companion with maturity and certain ageing potential.
