Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 18.04.2014

Only slightly mature in color. Initially still reductively tinted on the nose, but above all you can perceive shell limestone aromas like in a high-quality Chablis. With more time in the glass, increasingly intense floral notes emerge: lavender, jasmine, rosemary. Soft in the mouth with remnants of ripe, melted texture, lively, fine acidity, subtle flow, very mineral with a subtle aromatic expression. The charm of maturity at its peak.
