Excellent characterful wines, with the lower soil moisture, small berries and lower bunch mass. They were a week to 10 days early, but with small berries and loose bunches still managed good ripening and full wines. Attractive aromas of cassis, bramble and spice. Full body, but very well balanced with a long finish.
