The red wine Lagrein Riserva Südtirol DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Franz Gojer - Glögglhof has been rated in 2019 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lagrein from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Rich, deep, almost impenetrable purple colour. The nose is initially somewhat reserved, but with some air there are aromas of sugared blackberries, forest fruits and bitter chocolate. On the palate it has a velvety texture; initially very supple, tight and tight-knit, then a broad, long finish.
