The red wine St.Magdalener Classico Südtirol DOC, vintage 2024 from the winery Franz Gojer - Glögglhof has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Schiava, Lagrein from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Light cherry red in colour with purple reflections. On the nose, a restrained bouquet of redcurrant, after a little air, revealing bitter almond and cranberry. The palate is juicy with soft tannins, and a lovely flow to the finish.
