The red wine Spassoso Terre Siciliane Rosso IGP, vintage 2022 from the winery Tenuta Gorghi Tondi has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Nero d’Avola, Syrah, Perricone from the region Sicily in Italy.
Radiant, intense ruby red. On the nose, lots of ripe fruit, plum and blackberry and some violets. On the palate, a beautiful interplay of fruit sweetness and acidity, animated, ripe, with well integrated tannins and a substantial finish.
