Delicate pink, orange reflections, subtle mousseux. Delicate cookie, a hint of strawberries, cherries, attractive bouquet. Firm, fine texture, delicate berry confit, elegant, fresh, lingers well, a finesse-rich food companion with good balance, salty finish.
