Dark ruby, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Fruity bouquet, blackberry jam, candied mandarin zest, hint of violet, hint of nougat. Juicy, firm, fresh acid structure, mineral, black fruit notes, good food companion with certain ageing potential.
