Very open and accessible nose, full of blackberries, dark, preserved cherries, cloves and some chocolate in the background. Juicy and full-bodied in the attack and on the palate, shows a lot of present fruit, opens up with pithy, present tannins, somewhat coarse-grained on the finish.
