The red wine Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico DOCG, vintage 2020 from the winery Gulfi has been rated in 2024 by Otmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Nero d’Avola, Frappato from the region Sicily in Italy.
Bright ruby with a brightening rim. Very clear and memorable nose, aromas of fresh cherries and some raspberry, with delicate notes of cardamom and cinnamon in the background. Juicy and salty on the palate, opens up with finely-meshed tannins, very well integrated, salty and long.
