The white wine »Eckhof - Einer von Hier« Cuvée trocken (L01), vintage 2023 from the winery Gut Eckhof has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Solaris, Riesling from the region Kiel in Germany.
The fragrance has yeasty and "stony"-mineral, almost iodine-like tones. There is also tangerine and apple fruit on show too. The palate kicks off with tart phenolics and a clearly salty edge, leaving a fresh impression full of tension. Markedly mineral and animatingly tart.
