The white wine »Eckhof - Einer von Hier« Cuvée trocken (L02), vintage 2023 from the winery Gut Eckhof has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Solaris, Riesling from the region Kiel in Germany.
On the nose, notes of liquorice, green apple, coriander seeds and a hint of honey. On the palate, the wine has two sides: a tart phenolic note and a smoothly engrained sweetness, the acidity is well integrated and only becomes a little more intense towards the finish, the balance is good and carries right through to the finish, good length.
