The white wine »Eckhof - Einer von Hier« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Gut Eckhof has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Solaris, Riesling from the region Kiel in Germany.
Fresh and savoury aromas, with notes of salted liquorice, citrus fruits, pomelo, pink grapefruit and a slightly peppery undertone. On the palate, the juicy acidity is accompanied by suppleness, lots of fruit and even a touch of minerality.
