Tasting Notes
Bright ruby-garnet in colour with purple reflections and a lightly watery rim. Fine dark berry fruit with tobacco undertones, a touch of sour cherry, some nougat and balsamic notes. Taut on the palate with red berries to the fore, alongside vivid tannins that still somewhat dominate the lively core. It's fresh, with good persistence and a fine extract sweetness on the finish. Good ageing potential.
