Medium yellow colour, silver reflections. Fine yellow fruits, delicate notes of apple, smoky, tobacco savouriness, and still some yeasty nuances. Mineral, appears light-footed, fine fruit sweetness, fine acidity, tobacco note on the finish, still needs further bottle ageing to develop its full ageing potential.
