Medium, bright yellow green colour. Very fine nuances of marshmallow paste, fine rose oil, pleasant ethereal notes, white tropical fruit, very attractive bouquet. Crisp, completely dry fermentation, mineral, with delicate yellow fruit, silky, fine texture, delicate salty nuances, fine herbal savouriness on the finish.
