Medium green yellow colour. Fine nuances of orange zest, delicate hints of quince jelly, pleasant meadow herbs, and some camomile. Medium body, tightly woven, juicy, delicate nougat, balanced acidity, salty on the finish, fine nutty nuances, rich in finesse, tropical fruits and lemon in the aftertaste.
