Deep, dark purple, opaque core, violet highlights. Spicy, black fruit, elderberries, and licorice, with a subtle animal note. Medium complexity, opulent Roesler spice, fine tannins, fresh, salty finish, with a delicate hint of dark chocolate on the finish.
