Complex bouquet with notes of flint, greengage, ripe apple, kiwi and Meyer lemon. In addition, hints of mace and savoury nuances. Juicy, straightforward acidity on the palate, lovely austere citrus, Boskop apple and ethereal spicy hints. Long, salty and mineral in the finish.
