Fresh nose, concise herbal notes, lemon balm and mint, plus light peach, some grapefruit and cassis. Elegant and fresh on the palate with juicy, ripe acidity, again peach notes, subtle texture. Ends with a citrus and mineral finish, lingers for a long time.
