Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow. It displays an additional flavour dimension compared to the small bottle, more of the yellow fruit with notes of grapefruit, green apple, nougat and dried apricot. Quite full-bodied on the palate with plenty of texture and juiciness, and a salty minerality on the long finish that encourages drinking. It is in a league of its own as far as the Swiss sparkling wine world is concerned.
