Bright silver yellow. Complex, rather subtle aromas: roasted almonds, green apple, subtle acacia honey, some peach. Medium-bodied on the palate, extremely fine, creamy mousse, juicy acidity, also here aromatically subtle with citrus notes and nougat nuances. Finishes slightly tart and juicy. Remains salty on the palate.
