Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 15.10.2024: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

This has a medium ruby colour. It is intensely fruity on the nose, with notes of cassis, light berry, cherry and nuances of rosehip, as well as spicy and herbal notes in the background. It is slightly sweet on the palate due to the berry flavours, and is pleasantly slender and elegant, with a juicy ripe acidity. It lingers for a long time with berry notes.
