Bottle-fermented sparkling wine from Stephan Herter's second line Väterchen Frost. Notes of tropical fruits, pear, green apple and subtle citrus on the nose. Very subtle yeast notes despite bottle fermentation, appears uncomplicated. Clearly sweet on the palate with a fine mousse and beautifully balanced acidity. Finishes medium-long and fresh.
