This has a rather pale yellow colour, with green reflections. It is restrained on the nose, with citrus fruit, green apple, elderflower, and with aeration also cassis and smoky nuances, it is always subtle and elegant. It is fresh on the palate, with a structuring acidity, notes of gooseberry, and a salty character on the long, juicy and citrusy finish.
