Tasting from 10.10.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Smells of green apple, citrus fruit, pineapple, lemon balm and a hint of fresh pastry. Beautiful, taut acidity on the palate that continues into the long finish. Delicate and lively.
