Tasting from 10.10.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Beautiful fruity aromas on the nose, cherry, fresh and dried, raspberry and plum. Also some shoe polish and warm spices. A beautiful open structure on the palate, juicy, ripe fruit, with a long finish.

More about the tasting

This has a medium ruby colour. On the nose it is natural, with aromas of black cherry, plum, nuances of red berry, along with warm spicy notes, and it becomes visibly clearer and more complex with aeration. It is light and slender on the palate, yet with noticeable power. It is juicy, with fine tannins, and notes of dark fruit on the long finish.
