Golden yellow. Very fine botrytis, honey, caramel, candied peach. Medium viscosity on the palate, rich sweetness, lively but well-integrated acidity, with plenty of juiciness and playfulness and a mineral presence. Very long finish, finally picking up the botrytis spice of the nose.
