More about the tastingSome spontaneous fermentation on the nose, herbal savouriness, dried lemon peel. Also some hazelnut. Fine and fresh! The palate begins soft and supple, a mild acidity underlines the fullness, but also gives it sufficient support, and in combination with the juiciness of the mid-palate a beautiful elegance.
