Pale yellow-brown, silver reflections. Fresh pear, cloves, fine nuances of herbs, floral notes in the background, still somewhat restrained. Taut, tightly woven, juicy pear fruit, powerful, salty style, lemony nuances in the finish, an elegant food companion, good ageing potential.
