Light green-yellow in colour. Fine honey blossom honey, nuances of candied citrus fruit, fresh and lively, ripe tropical fruit, some melon, inviting bouquet. Juicy, good complexity, tightly woven, pineapple touch on the finish, mineral, a versatile food companion.
