The red wine Blue Label 18 meses, vintage 2019 from the winery Juan Gil has been rated in 2021 by Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah from the region Jumilla in Spain.
Intense bouquet with concentrated fruit aromas. Notes of dried plum, sour cherry confit and ripe blackberry. Also hints of milk chocolate, liquorice, cinnamon and caramel. Fresh and full-bodied on the palate, with ripe acidity and aromas of wild berry compote, cocoa and caramel. Finely polished tannins and a long finish.
