Bright, intense straw yellow colour. Compact nose, multi-layered, comes with notes of redcurrants, lemon balm, some elderberry, takes a lot of time, but is then unstoppable. Multi-layered in the mouth, salty-mineral, very fine fruit, describes a long arc, fullness, but also finesse, long finish, to bite into.
