Clear, light straw yellow in colour. Opens on the nose with lots of rich fruit, feeling surprisingly open and accessible, with notes of Mirabelle plums and elderflower, with flint in the background - very exciting. There is impressive playfulness on the palate, again with plums and some dark redcurrant, but also some tomato leaves too. There's a multi-layered, fine texture that leads into the very long finish. In a class of its own in South Tyrol.

Sparkling, light straw yellow. Opens on the nose with lots of rich fruit, surprisingly open and accessible, full of mirabelle plums, elderflower, flint in the background, exciting. Impressive playfulness, shows notes of mirabelle plums, dark currant, but also tomato leaves, multi-layered, fine melting, very long finish, in a class of its own in South Tyrol.
