Clear, pale straw yellow with a green tinge. Finely defined nose, opens with notes of gooseberry and fragrant elderflower, with savoury sage components in the background. Present, very well-developed fruit on the palate, extremely juicy with notes of white peach and lemon balm, very long, subtle salty notes on the finish.
