Bright, light straw yellow in colour with green accents. An intense nose with notes of gooseberry and lots of elderflower, plus lemon balm and sage - almost classic in style. It's radiant on the palate, with plenty of herbal savouriness and a juicy core. A long gooseberry finish shows some subtly salty components.
