The red wine MAGLEN, vintage 2018 from the winery Kellerei Tramin has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Nero from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intensely bright, garnet-tinged ruby red. Delicate nose of ripe blackberry, blackcurrant compote, dark chocolate and some caramel. Pleasant on the palate, spreads a wide arc, shows fine texture and power, delicate oak notes envelop ripe red fruit, winds charmingly into the powerful finish.
More about the tastingDark, bright ruby red colour. Perfumed and fragrant on the nose with floral notes, ripe cherry and ripe raspberries, with an aftertaste of precious wood. A polished core on the palate with great density, full-bodied, concentrated and precise, with a noticeable woody aftertaste.
