Buttery, woody-spicy, aniseed. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a layer of creaminess, but also the fresh acidity typical of the vintage, silky and juicy on the finish. A well-proportioned, not too fattening Chardonnay. Needs a little more ageing to integrate the wood.
