Brilliantly shimmering lemon yellow. Subtle floral notes adorn the nose, peach blossom, acacia, then apricot, with a touch of melon on the second sip. Gentle attack with harmonious acidity, medium-bodied, with a smooth texture and good tension at the start, leading into the finish with a slight almond bitterness.
